Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mugafi No Refund Policy for Club Admissions :


Thank you for your interest in joining the club at Mugafi. We are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience for all of our club members, and we ask that you carefully review the following no refund policy before submitting your application and payment.
By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this policy and agree to be bound by them.


Policy Summary:

  • No refunds will be provided for any fees paid in connection with the club, including but not limited to application fees, tuition, and other club-related fees.

  • This policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to:

    • An applicant being not accepted into the club.

    • An applicant choosing to withdraw from the club.

    • An applicant being dismissed from the club for any reason.

  • Mugafi reserves the right to modify or cancel the club at any time, without liability or obligation to refund any fees.

Explanation of Policy :


The fees associated with the club at Mugafi cover a variety of expenses, including but not limited to :

  • Application processing and review.

  • Development and maintenance of club materials and resources.

  • Administrative and support services.

  • Faculty and staff salaries and benefits.

  • Facilities and equipment costs.

Given the upfront nature of these expenses, and the fact that space in the club is limited, we are unable to provide refunds for any fees paid in connection with the club.
If you are not accepted into the club, your application fee and any other fees paid will not be refunded. If you choose to withdraw from the club after being accepted, or if you are dismissed from the club for any reason, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid.
Mugafi reserves the right to modify or cancel the club at any time, without liability or obligation to refund any fees. If the club is modified or canceled, we will make every effort to provide advance notice to enrolled members, but we cannot guarantee that such notice will be given.
